Why practice sun salutations?

  4. Chakras are vital energy centres found through out our system, sun salutations energize and balance the 7 main chakras in our system.
  5. Moving through poses in a sun salutation, linking them to your breath (vinyasa) can be a meditation, alleviating depression, anxiety and stress while bringing us to the present moment! Making us stronger and healthier in body and mind!
  6. Sun salutations brings us to a moment of peace and clarity. Giving us the opportunity to stand tall and bow with respect and humility for our essence and oneness! Feeling into the divine that is myself, and bowing to the divine that is in you and the world. A beautiful sequence giving movement and feeling to the word “Namaste!”
